EVIDENCE-BASED
RELATIONAL THERAPY
How can therapy help?
Connection, in many ways, is the antidote to trauma and mental health concerns. If you made it this far, I am so glad that you are seeking support. Through curiosity and diving inwards, we can expect to learn and grow in new ways. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental space that allows for this while using evidence-based therapeutic modalities to support your individual goals.

Growth
Clients are welcome to book a free, fifteen minute consultation to ensure I am a good fit for your needs. You will have the opportunity to share briefly what brings you to therapy, what your goals are, and to ask any questions.
A person-centered approach to treatment prioritizes the relationship between the therapist and client. Both treatment goals and session frequency will be collaboratively agreed upon and centered, most importantly, on your individual needs.
Growth is individually constructed and will depend on what you hope to gain from the counselling process. You may wish to access counselling for a short period of time, or on a long-term basis to support your needs and current circumstances. Together, we will identify markers of positive change and find opportunities to celebrate new learning, strategies, and healing.
