WHAT TO EXPECT: Group Supervision

Whether you’re a new graduate or a seasoned professional, you may be a great fit for the group if the following applies to you in some way: you are curious about examining old clients through new lenses, you see value in expanding your clinical knowledge and skills, you are looking to explore other modalities, you are seeking connection with other therapists, you need a space to unpack the difficulties and layers of being a helping professional.
What's the commitment?
Group supervision will take place in person monthly for two hours on a weekday. The rate is $150/2 hours and will be billed as group supervision. A 6-month participation commitment is encouraged in the spirit of group dynamics and safety. Sometimes, life happens and you may miss a session, however a 48-hour cancellation policy will apply.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself! Within the check-in period, each clinician will have the opportunity to identify if they would like to present a case or a clinical theme. No case? No problem! Learning how other people work with their clients can be an incredible learning opportunity. When time allows, your facilitator may also spark group discussion by asking questions, sharing their own experiences, teaching a new skill, or providing a psychoeducational topic.
